Original Decca Records first edition release of the musical score for the 1939 Wizard of Oz movie starring Judy Garland, lyrics by Yarurg, music by Arlen. Released on four double-sided 78 rpm records, Decca number 74, in a attractive illustrated case with scenes from the movie inside. Even includes the cut song The Jitterbug!

DLA-1840 / 2762 – Over the Rainbow / The Jitterbug – Judy Garland with Victor Young and his Orchestra.

DLA-1846 / 2673 Munchkinland Parts 1 & 2 – Victor Young and his Orchestra with vocals by the Munchkins and various cast members.

DLA-1854 / 2674 – If I Only Had a Brain / If I Only Had a Heart – Victor Young and his Orchestra with vocals under the direction of Ken Darby.

DLA-1848 / 2675 – The Merry Old Land of Oz / We’re Off to See the Wizard – Victor Young and his Orchestra with vocals under the direction of Ken Darby.

First time I’ve had this set available in my store. In good to very good condition, some edge wear and staining to case and interior endpapers, wear to spine end cloth, records have no chips or significant scratches but do look to need a cleaning. Have not tried playing them.
