Here is an interesting W W Denslow-related item–a Christmas ornament based the Night Before Christmas illustrated by him in 1902. Appears to be porcelain and as new in original box, as I had to remove a tape seal to get in to take photos. Oddly, though the paper insert recognizes that the book first came out in 1902, the piece is dated 1904 at the bottom. The ornament was made in Shen Zhen, China and the paper insert is marked Japan–go figure! About 5″ tall. I’ve never seen this piece before.
