Here is a “Captain Salt in Oz” book, copyright 1936 by Ruth Plumly Thompson; this is a slightly later mid 1940’s version with 32-page gatherings. Published by Reilly & Lee, with the full color pastedown cover and nice light blue cloth color. Black and white illustrations by John R. Neill, blank endpapers.
Book is in amazing, near fine condition. Cover pastedown is clean, spine is perfect, rear cover cloth looks great. Inside, hinges are tight and there is no writing or tears throughout, and pages are clean. A very nice, collectible copy!
