Description
This is an oddball art piece of a Wizard of Oz book surrounding by characters from the MGM movie, signed “Rotman”. Not original art but a photograph of a drawing, measures 7×19″ in size. I can’t find anything about this piece online, but maybe you know? Some wear on back.
