Description
Here is an early printing of Glinda of Oz by L. Frank Baum, copyright 1919, but published in late 1920s according to the Book Collector’s Guide to Baum, with no advertisement on the back of the half-title page. Also with 12 color plates by John R Neill. Published by Reilly and Lee with advertisement for The Oz-Man Tales in the back and with illustrated endpapers.
This copy not perfect but in good to very good condition overall. The cover pastedown has light wear, tiny hole front edge of spine, which has some toning, and light pen marks on back. The front hinge is cracked but holding, pages clean except a prior owners name on Book Belongs To page and a couple pages with small edge chips. All 12 color plates present and generally in nice condition.
