Written by Gina Wickwar, color frontispeice and B&W illustrations by Anna Marie Cool, hard cover with dust jacket, 232 pages. Also includes the companion volume Button Bright & the Cookie Giraffe. Toto has a purple gilt cover, purple endpapers and a fully illustrated purple dust jacket in original purple slipcase! Stated 1st printing–July 2006 and limited to just 100 copies, numbered and signed by both author and illustrator! (Note: limitation number may not be the same for Toto and Button Bright, and may vary from ones shown). A beautiful book in fine condition, slipcase with light wear, for the meticulous collector.
