Martin, Dick: Ozmapolitan of Oz, International Wizard of Oz Club (1986). Softcover 1st edition. Nice book on its own, but this book is special in that it is twice signed by the author and artist, Dick Martin. First inscribed on the endpaper: “To Steve, Ozian Greetings from, Dick Martin” under which he has also drawn a little moon. Second, there is an “OzAutograph” slip signed by Martin and tipped in at the half-title page. Oversized, 99 numbered pages, illustrated profusely in black and white, with beautiful color cover (front and back). First Oz book actually written by Martin, about an expedition for the Ozmapolitan (the Oz newspaper, of course).
Book is in near fine condition; a nice, shiny copy!
