Here is a nice early printing of The Giant Horse of Oz by Ruth Plumly Thompson, published by Reilly & Lee and with 12 color plates by John R Neill. This is not technically the 1928 first printing since it doesn’t have the misprint “Oniberon” for “Quiberon” on the frontispiece, but with a 1928 date on the ownership page, so must be very shortly after they fixed the error. Also with page 126 and 127 reversed which was corrected a few years later. Details from the Book Collector’s Guide to L Frank Baum.
This book is in very good condition, inside and out. The exterior pastedown, spine and rear cover are very good and clean overall. Inside, both hinges are intact and tight. 12 color plates are present and in quite good condition. Ownership page with a 1928 inscription. Pages are generally clean without writing or tears and light age toning.
