Sold: Enchanted Island of Yew Baum Oz Dulabone 1988 Buckethead Edn

Out of stock

This is the first time I’ve seen this edition of Baum’s Enchanted Island of Yew–1st Buckethead printing with weird cover art by Chris Dulabone. Softcover, 256 pages. One of the earliest of Buckethead’s books and according to Marcus Mebes, “among Chris’s very first offerings (along with Toto, Yellow Fog, Braided Man, Mister Flint, etc.) from back in the 80s. He himself drew the cover, and had hoped to be officially credited as the first to have reprinted Yew since the early 1900s. He typeset the book on a Macintosh computer at AlphaGraphics, but didn’t know how to create symbols like © so he drew circles around Cs.”

Condition is very good, complete and intact with a little bit of discoloration to front cover.
