Here is a scarce copy of Bandit Jim Crow in nice condition, with original dust jacket. This is one of the “Twinkle Tales” written by L. Frank Baum under the Laura Bancroft pseudonym. First edition, 2nd printing by Reilly & Britton with a typeset title page. Contains 16 full-page color illustrations (including title page) by Maginel Wright Enright. Books in this series are hard to find in nice condition, and almost never with the jacket!
This book itself is in near fine condition. The cover has a beautiful bright and unmarred cover illustration. The spine has just light wear at the ends. Inside, the hinges are tight, and there is some tanning to the endpapers and the half title page. The text pages look great, no writing or tears, except at the end where someone has written a gift inscription in pencil.
The dust jacket repeats the cover design and is fair, with a couple long tears, a couple small ones, and some chipping at edges. I will put it in an archival jacket for you.
