Here is a 1st edition book of Yankee in Oz, published by the Wizard of Oz Club in 1972, with an original typed and signed letter by Oz Club great Fred Meyer laid in. The letter is dated 1972 and is on Wizard of oz stationary (5.5″x7″ sheet). The letter is to collector Phil Marsh and discusses the Yankee publication process and a play by Ruth Plumly Thompson. The book is the softcover “wraps” format of the 1st printing of 1972, Binding A according to the Book Collector’s Guide to Baum. This edition is fairly hard to find.
