Here is a vintage edition of Kabumpo in Oz, 16th of the series of Oz books originally written by L. Frank Baum and continued by Ruth Plumly Thompson. Twelve gorgeous color plates by John R. Neill. Copyright 1922, this is a mid 1920’s printing, with Kabumpo pictured on p. [299].
Book is in good but not very good condition overall. The color pastedown has some scuffing, but the cloth and spine are in generally nice condition with light edge wear. Inside, both hinges are splitting badly with webbing (mull) showing, but still attached, so the book feels a little floppy. Book Belongs To page has a pencil name and address. All 12 color plates are present and in very good shape, as are the text pages, which have some corner wear and age toning.
