Here is a first edition copy of Handy Mandy in Oz, with the original 1st edition dust jacket! Copyright 1937 by Ruth Plumly Thompson, this is a first edition with Handy Mandy on the spine and 16-page gatherings. With black and white illustrations (as issued) by the famed John R Neill. The book itself is in very good plus condition, with beautiful clean fushia cloth, tight hinges, erasure mark at top of front endpaper, tight hinges, and clean pages. The color dust jacket is very good minus, not price-clipped but with some creasing along bottom and some chipping at spine ends and along top edge as shown.
