Here is a complete set of 12 Russian Wizard of Oz related postcards, with the original cover sleeve! Leonid Vladimirsky illustrated the postcards as well as the Ozzy “Magic Land” book series by Alexander Volkov on which Russian children were raised; this 1969 postcard set features one of the later titles, Urfin Jus and His Wooden Soldiers. The tri-fold cover features Dorothy, the Scarecrow, the Tin-Man the Lion and Toto “Totoshka”. These are large cards, about 4″ x 6″ in size. Condition is very good for the cards with light wear, all are unused, age toning. The cover sleeve is near very good, complete but with some wear along fold lines. Hard to find complete, especially with the sleeve! See also my other Russian postcard sets with sleeves with art by Vladimirsky.
