Here is a nice early copy of “Tik-tok of Oz”, 8th of the Oz books written by L. Frank Baum. Copyright 1914, this is a Reilly & Lee edition with 12 color plates with without captions and blank endpapers. The list of titles in the front ends with Glinda of Oz, dating it to about 1920. Illustrations by John R. Neill.
The cover pastedown has light wear and the spine has two vertical creases, bottom corner bumped, but still attractive. The interior is very good, with hinges tight (tiny tear to endpaper above front hinge). and all 12 color plates are present and in nice condition. Opposite the Text pages are in very good condition overall, with some age toning and occasional staining. A nice early copy of a hard-to-find Baum title.
