Here is an unusual Scarecrow of Oz book by L. Frank Baum, copyright 1915. This Popular Edition was published in about 1940 by Reilly & Lee. See Book Collector’s Guide to Baum, p. 64.

This is an oversized edition, 9 3/4″ by 7″ by 1 3/4″, with a very attractive, colorful cover. The book is in good condition with flaws–a nice cover graphic, but substantial edge wear and scuffing to paper covered boards, “8” written on spine. Inside, the binding is cracked at the Book Belongs To page and quite loose but holding. Pages are clean and the Book Belongs To page is blank.
