Original Reilly & Lee publisher’s catalog: “Reilly & Lee Fall Nineteen ‘66, Division of Henry Regnery Company”. On p. 6 is an advertisement for the 14 Wizard of Oz books that were reprinted during this period in a new white binding style—“sturdily bound in washable cloth and printed with four gay covers”. Also with a small blurb for the Sally Jackson “picture stories” that were illustrated by Dick Martin. Wonderful for the Oz bibliographer or scholar. Hard to believe it was 55 years ago!
Size is 4”x 9 1/4”, stapled binding, 16 pages including covers. Condition is good, with original side seal (opened), light staining on cover, and mailing label with corrected address on rear cover. See my other scarce original catalogs featuring Oz and related content!
