Original Reilly & Lee catalog “Fall 1965” with a Scarecrow on the cover. With a two page centerfold spread utilizing Denslow-inspired illustrations for The Wizard of Oz and “Other Oz Favorites”. “These books, thirteen in number, are now being reissued in their original format, and with the original illustrations by John R Neill.” They are describing the so-called “white cover” editions designed by Dick Martin that came out that year. Also with a small blurb for the Sally Jackson Picture Stories illustrated by Martin. Wonderful for the Oz bibliographer or scholar. Hard to believe it was 55 years ago!
