Seven years after Dorothy left Oz, three Munchkin cousins decide they want to have their own adventure. To do this they must go our the back gate of the Emerald City. The Wizard very much supports this, but going out that gate is strictly forbidden. To get permission they must ask the mayor who is adamantly against it. Just asking for this consent starts numerous challenges from which these three, and all of Oz, may not survive.
