Description

Here is an original storyboard for Return to Oz by Michael (Mike) Ploog. The 8×11″ graphite piece features a classic scene from the 1985 Disney movie: “The Gump swings under Jack’s Head–it drops into Dorothy’s Lap”. Return to Oz storyboards are scarce, and Ploog is a highly regarded artist who worked on Marvel comics as well as the animated version of The Lord of the Rings, Superman, the Dark Crystal, and Labyrinth.
