An interesting 4 page advertising brochure / catalog for Model-Craft Modeling & Coloring Sets, including one for the Wizard of Oz. These were apparently kits from the 1950s/60s including rubber molds, modeling powder, paints and instructions for making figurines of various types. They are scarce today as they apparently never really caught on. This piece shows an image of the Oz kit and its price ($2.50), and many others. I think this was a store dealer piece as it includes bulk pricing for cartons as well as for 17″ wide “movable platform displays” of which the Wizard of Oz was one possibility.
