Here’s a rare early sheet music piece from “The Tik-Tok Man of Oz” (a stage musical created by L. Frank Baum). There is a series of eight songs in this format, all scarce, especially in the eye-popping red and yellow graphic cover. This cover is so beautiful, it has actually been reproduced into a modern poster. This is an original!! Would look wonderful framed. This piece has the song “The Magnet of Love”, music by Louis F. Gottschalk, lyric by L Frank Baum, one of the harder to find titles. Copyright 1913. Jerome H. Remick & Co publishers, cover graphic is signed “Rowland”. Oversized, eight pages including covers.
Cover graphics are bright and beautiful, but with a few edge tears, and fragile paper spine is mostly split, just barely hanging on. internally clean and complete with closed tear at base on one page, not affecting printed portion.
