Here is an early edition of Mr. Woodchuck, one of the “Twinkle Tales” written by L. Frank Baum under the Laura Bancroft pseudonym. With illustrated cover and fourteen full page and some partial page color illustrations by famed illustrator Maginel Wright Enright (sister to Frank Lloyd Wright)! Copyright 1906, this is a slightly later (1920s) Reilly & Lee edition. 62 pages.
This little book is in great condition inside, but is missing much of the spine cover on the outside and priced accordingly. Original color cover is in good condition, with bright colors and some light rubbing. Inside, the hinges are tight and text is complete. There is age toning and old pencil price on endpapers, and also a cute little fairy bookplate.
